You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.

  • Interfere with other users' access to the service
  • Share account credentials with third parties
  • Reverse engineer or attempt to extract our AI models

4. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of your business ideas and content. However, we retain ownership of our platform, AI models, and generated analyses. You grant us a license to use your content to provide and improve our services.

5. Limitation of Liability

WeCofounder provides AI-generated insights and recommendations, but we do not guarantee business success. We are not liable for any business decisions made based on our platform's outputs. Use our services at your own risk.

6. Subscription and Payments

6.1 Subscription Plans

WeCofounder offers various subscription plans with different features and pricing. The details of each plan are available on our pricing page. We reserve the right to modify our pricing and plans with reasonable notice.

6.2 Payment Terms

Payments are processed securely through Stripe. By subscribing to a paid plan, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis according to your selected plan.

6.3 Refunds

We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee for new subscriptions. After this period, payments are non-refundable. You may cancel your subscription at any time, but no partial refunds will be issued for the remaining subscription period.

7. Data Usage and AI Training

While we do not use your business ideas to train our AI models, we may use anonymized usage patterns to improve our platform's functionality. Your confidential business information remains private as outlined in our Privacy Policy.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account for violations of these Terms. Upon termination, your access to the service will be disabled, but your data will be retained according to our Privacy Policy.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Denmark, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Denmark.

10. Changes to Terms
